I’ve been struggling the past few weeks to find quotes to leave you all on a Sunday but you all seemed to really love the last one that was from Les Misérables by Victor Hugo.
So this week I’ve been thinking what to write and I was coming up blank. I had no idea what to write, but then I though about what I’d been reading this week.
Or those of you who don’t know, last week was the reading rush (check out the witter page, or their YouTube channel). I struggled to really get into a rhythm with the reading sprints because it was in US times, and an eight hour time difference was kind of awkward for me, but I did some reading along with it. It was also my first day back at work on Friday after being ill, so that threw me off as well.
And then it occurred to me. One of the rushes I did on Monday or Tuesday they asked for a quote for the book that I’m reading at the moment and I just turned to whatever page I wanted in the book and found an interesting line… I quite liked the line so I’m going to leave you with that one.
This quote is from Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas. I know that I haven’t even reviewed Heir of Fire yet, but both reviews are coming in the next few weeks.
