Top 10 Tuesday: Character’s I’d Follow on Social Media

Hi all my wonderful bookworms!

How are you all?

My name is Chiara and I am a Bookworm.

It’s Tuesday and that means it’s Top 10 Tuesday. If you don’t know already Top 10 Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme originally created by The Broke and The Bookish in 2010 and switched to That Artsy Reader Girl in 2018.

This week’s topic is Character’s I’d follow on social media. I read the book dutchesses post before I came here to write my own and I have to agree with them that I really had think about this one. I love most characters that I read about, but to follow them on social media is a different thing but I think I have a pretty good list here of people I would want to follow.

So, without further ado … Let’s begin.

Stella Grant (Five Feet Apart by Rachael Lippincott, Mikki Daugherty, and Tobias Iaconis)

I’m only part way through reading Five Feet Apart but I already know I would follow her. She has the sort of personality that I seem to gravitate towards.

Henry and Alex (Red White and Royal Blue by Casey McQuinston)

Such brilliant people. Such twisted non-normative lives that I would love to see what they share on social media, what they are allowed to reveal.

Dante (Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz)

I’m not sure I can give you a reason for why I want to follow Dante but he has made his way onto the list without me having to search for him.

Apollo (The Trials of Apollo series by Rick Riordan)

I am slowly making my way through the Trials of Apollo series and with every minute that I listen I am slowly becoming more and more obsessed with his character. Apollo has appeared in many different Rick Riordan series and he is one of the most unique characters I have ever read. His view and interpretation of the past and history fascinates me.

Kaz Brekker and Inej (Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo)

I could pick and of the six main characters to follow but I think that these two would be the most interesting. Both conceal so much from other I would be curious to see how much of themselves they révéla on social media.

LaraJean Song Covey (To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han)

I have a feeling that Lara-Jeans social media would be filled with vintage clothes and food-y pics. Her social media would be a pure extension of her personality.

I could go on with this list for forever more but I think the eight I have listed here is enough for now.

Do you agree? Who would you follow on social media? Let me know in the comments.
