Hi all my Bookworms!
My name is Chiara and I am a Bookworm.
How are you all?
Is that April finished already?
Really?
The month seemed to fly by! I can hardly believe it’s over.
Such a sunny month here in England, apart from the last few days.
And I have to say that this month has been a wonderful month, despite lockdown.
I finished 7 books in April and read a total 2565 pages. That is a lot for me.
Those books were:
The Earl and the Enchantress by Paullett Golden Goodreads | Review
The Bromance Bookclub by Lyssa Kay Adams Goodreads | Review
What I Like About You by Marisa Kermer Goodreads | Review
Heartstopper Vol 1 by Alice Oseman Goodreads | Mini-review
Hart and Seoul by Kristen Burnham Goodreads | Review on 7th May
Good Omens by Niel Gaiman and Terry Pratchett Goodreads | Review coming soon
Lick by Kelley Armstrong Goodreads | Review coming soon
And in terms of how Bookworms Anonymous is doing … we had a record month too.
I had a total of 2154 views in April and every day I was amazed at the numbers climbing higher and higher. I almost doubled March’s views.
And I want to thank each and every single one of my 1239 visitors who helped make that happen. I am indebted to all of you!
In terms of other things that have happened this month, I have completed my first full month of #SixForSunday. I hope you have been enjoying all those posts because I have been enjoying writing them
I don’t want to be leaving too many links so I hope you’ve been following them and you can find them in the bookmeme tab at the top, just in case you haven’t.
I’m not sure what else I can say. All the regular posts have been done. Top Ten Tuesday, WWW Wednesday and A Bookworm NOT in Paris.
I have a few surprises ready for this next month which I hope you’ll enjoy and like usual I have absolutely no TBR planned. You know what a few of my reviews will be but even I don’t know what the next book I read will be so I hope you enjoy some anticipation.
And that seems to be it. I hope you enjoyed last month and I hope you’ll enjoy this month even more.
Stay home. Stay safe.
And until next time, happy reading!
The Bromance Book Club and Hart & Seoul look so good ❤ I'll have to read your reviews!
I'm glad your blog is doing well too – it's so satisfying to keep seeing continual improvement!
Happy May 🙂

Thanks! It seems like mountain I’ll never be able to climb again at the moment.

Keep positive! There’s always going to be ups and downs – the downs are what make the ups so satisfying ❤

I am so surprised I don’t get asked that more. Chiara is Italian, and I could do a lot of exposing why it is pronounced the way it is, but basically you say it kee-a-ra

Hope you enjoyed Good Omens, I’ve never read it but thought the TV show was interesting!

Good omens was amazing. The penultimate chapter was a little long in the audiobook but it didn’t detract from the story.
