Hi all my Bookworms!
My name is Chiara and I am a Bookworm.
How are you all?
We all have our favourite authors. The author that you rush you your local bookstore for at 9 am when a new book comes out. Or you even pre-order it months in advance. We all have that author. What are those author’s whose books you have read some many times?
Those are the author’s I’m going to talk about today.
But before I do let’s talk about Top Ten Tuesday. TTT is a weekly bookmeme that is going ten years strong that was originally created by The Broke and The Bookish in 2010 and switched to That Artsy Reader Girl in 2018. And each week we are given a different topic.

Rick Riordan
Kelley Armstrong
Ally Carter
Sarah J. Maas
Kylie Scott
Kiera Cass
Eoin Colfer
Cassandra Clare
Now I have wrote all this it looks really long, but it is only 8 authors. It’s not that long.
Let me know if you agree … or if you disagree. Who are the authors that you read most?
I have several of the same authors on my list… Cassandra Clare, Eoin Colfer, and Sarah J Maas.

Great list – I did enjoy Eoin Colfer’s Artemis Fowl – did you catch the film? A little disappointing I thought – Artemis wasn’t criminal enough! My TTT is here http://bookloverssanctuary.com/2020/07/07/top-ten-tuesday-authors-i-have-read-most-books-by/

I did catch the film. I thought it was a good film, if you haven’t read the books. It’s a perfectly good film. Action packed and great for kids. But I thought that the translation from page to screen lacked slightly. I did a post about it when it came out. I can link it if you like?

I haven’t read any Rick Riodan’s books but after seeing his tweets I really want to! I think Kiera Cass is on my list too, as I’ve read The Selection series, The Heir and The Siren (I can’t rememver my own list 😅). I’m avoiding The Betrothed though because everyone keeps telling me it’s awful. 🙈

I’m pretty sure Rick Riordan is on my list! How did you like The Betrothed? I haven’t read it yet!

I’ve not read betrothed yet, I just put it on there because it’s by the author, but having read six of her book she is one of my most read authors

Kelley Armstrong was on my list this week, too! With her main Otherworld series being 13 books long (not to mention the other books she’s written) I’m not surprised to see her on other lists this week too. 🙂

I’ve not even finished women of the other world (I’m about 6 books in) but I have read all her children’s books that fit in with the same world.
She is an amazing fantasy writer. I wish we saw more of her in lists like this.

I do really like her urban fantasy novels! I’ve read all (or at least most) of those. I’m not as big a fan of her thrillers, but that’s because I don’t like that genre as much.

It’s well worth a read. I wish there’d been more books. The ending to three feels unfinished!

I’ve really enjoyed the couple of Ally Carter books I’ve read.

I’ve read a lot of Rick Riordan too. I need to get back into his work. It’s been years since I read anything by him.
