My name is Chiara and I am a Bookworm.
How are you?
I am probably a day late in talking about this book but I have been waiting for it for near on ten years … so we are going to talk about it.
Before I dive in, let me just remind you about CWW. Can’t-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by the fabulous Jill at Breaking the Spine.
I wasn’t an all out TwiHard when I was in my teens. As my bestie will probably tell you, it took her a lot of work to even bring me round to the idea to watching the films never mind reading the books. But once I read the books I became kind of obsessed. I still don’t love the films. But I did go and watch the final film in the cinemas with her and I gasped at all the right places. I do hope that Hollywood is over the craze of splitting the final book in film franchises. I don’t think it worked for any of the films they tried it with.
But back to the point. There is one thing I missed when I was a teen reading these and becoming more obsessed than I ever wanted to, and that was Midnight Sun. I don’t know how many went and read the leaked chapters on the internet but I did at least once.
And that book is finally with us. Or at least I hope it is.
