WWW Wednesday sees its 30th post here on Bookworms Anonymous, which I didn't think I would see in a million years because, and lets be honest, I am not a fast reader and I have gone a month without finishing a book and this part of my blog won't get updated for extended periods of time.
But let me tell you something ... I've finished a book!
I'm sure you've been reading all about my days out last week on my Bookworm NOT in Paris post, but if you haven't read that I went out to Liverpool on Thursday and spent a good long time in Waterstones. I bought four books that day and had a great time being back in my favourite bookshop.
I actually managed to read a lot more that I did at the beginning of the month when I had to skip a week of doing WWW Wednesday because I hadn't finished a book.
I am hoping to keep going with this rate.
I think that some of you will have noticed that I didn't put up a WWW Wednesday post last week. I didn't put one up in the most part because I want to give you another week where I hadn't read anything and I hadn't finished anything.
I've had a bit of a strange week last week. I started loads of books, but I didn't seem to finish any. That's probably my own fault for not sticking with any of them and actually persevering with them.
Another week of reading, another few books finished. I don't want to jinx myself, but so far I seem to be keeping the momentum I found at the end of July going. Maybe I can even keep it going all month? Who knows?
I have actually got a great amount of reading done this week. I am so excited to tell you all about it. A total of 5 books read. Not bad.
Happy Wednesday. I hope that you week is going well so far. What are you up to? Anything good? I hope so.
Wednesday is, as always, a great day for talking about what books we've been reading but before I do let me remind you about WWW Wednesday.
Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope that your week is going well so far. I hope that you're reading and if not I hope that you are happy.
Half way through another week and I am here to talk about what I have been reading this week.
