I don't know why I always find it so brilliant when I read books set in the UK, but I suppose it must be because I'm so used to reading books that are set in America that when I open a book that I didn't expect to be set in the uk and it is, I am almost bowled other. I am so excited to see how the author has represented my country.
My Can't Wait Wednesday book for today is book #2 in a series. I don't do series books for this because if you haven't read the first one then I don't think there's much point to showing you number two because ... well, spoilers!
I've had quite a few days off together this week but this heat has mean that I did not want to do anything. Is anyone else struggling with the heat?
Another week of reading, another few books finished. I don't want to jinx myself, but so far I seem to be keeping the momentum I found at the end of July going. Maybe I can even keep it going all month? Who knows?
What a coincidence that the week we started doing colour themed covers in #SixForSunday we do colours in Top Ten Tuesday. We're they working together behind our backs?
I think most of you all know by now that it was my birthday on Friday. Did you not? Oh, sorry, well, it was.
I had something a little longer planned today but currently I am in to Hamilton and I am watch the film once again as I am writing this.
I have actually got a great amount of reading done this week. I am so excited to tell you all about it. A total of 5 books read. Not bad.
I hope your week went well. Does anyone else realise that this is my last #S4S for July? This month has gone by so quickly. I am definitely counting down the days till by birthday.
Well, none of you tagged me in a tag in the past week so you are stuck with me doing another post that I haven't been tagged in. I hope you like it. It definitely looks like an interesting one.
