We might as well face it … we’re addicted to books
What fictional places have you always longed to go to? Teenage me loved all these places and I still can't wait to go. Send me my letter, let a monster attack me, let me become a spy. I'll even die a honourable death to get myself into Valhalla.
I don't know why I always find it so brilliant when I read books set in the UK, but I suppose it must be because I'm so used to reading books that are set in America that when I open a book that I didn't expect to be set in the uk and it is, I am almost bowled other. I am so excited to see how the author has represented my country.
Seems as I missed last week's Six For Sunday I thought I might as well do that topic for this week. It seems a little hard to find something to celebrate from last year, but I am determined to do it.
It's been a while since I last did SixForSunday, which is a weekly bookmeme created by Steph over on A Little But A Lot. She has put up an entire list for January, but there is a lot of cross over between the other weekly things that I already had planned, so I'm going to go back and choose some one that I've missed from last year.
This week's topic of 'clever' characters took a little brain racking to find just the right characters … but I think I may have made a pretty good list.

We're coming to the end of August already and this is our penultimate week of colour-month on #SixForSunday. I'm going to miss it. I've enjoyed scouring my shelves for just the right books.
I've had so much fun with the #S4S posts that we've been doing each month. Scouring my shelves at trying to decide whether a book is more summery or spring-y (is that a word? What is the word to describe how like spring something is?)
I had a lot of fun last week doing the colour themed covers for #S4S. In fact, I have almost all the covers planned out for the rest of the month. I've been scouring my extensive collection of books trying to find just the right covers for each week.
When I looked at this month's topics for S4S I wondered what could be meant by the topic titles, but then I just presumed that it was vague because it was open to interpretation.
